We’re sorry you are carrying something this heavy. You should not have to hold it alone, and there are people whose whole job is to sit with you in it — right now, tonight, at any hour.

What My Daily Release is not
We are not therapists. My Daily Release is not therapy, medical care, crisis counseling, or an emergency service, and releases are not continuously monitored. This is a quiet place to set something down — and it works best alongside real support, not instead of it.
We may remove releases that present serious safety or legal concerns. In limited circumstances, a removed release may be preserved internally for safety, legal compliance, or valid legal process even though it is no longer publicly visible.
Reaching for support is not weakness. It is one of the bravest things a person does.
